Passport photos

The FixMyPassportPhoto service is designed to process passport photos locally in your browser. Your selected photo is not uploaded to our server, and we do not use it to train any model.

Temporary browser storage

Before opening Stripe Checkout, we save your original photo and crop settings in IndexedDB on your device. We remove that stored photo after payment is verified and the download files are prepared. Records expire after24hours and are deleted when you next open the site. Close or refresh the page to release the in-memory photo, or select Clear photo to delete the temporary copy sooner. Order identifiers, a cryptographic file fingerprint and crop settings may remain locally for24hours to recover the same paid order. Clearing all site data removes recovery information.

A signed browser cookie binds your order to this browser. Our payment API receives order identifiers and cryptographic task fingerprints, not your photo or facial landmarks. Models and fonts are served locally; nonessential external model telemetry is blocked.

Payments

Stripe processes payment information when you purchase a download. We may receive the payment status, amount and contact information needed to provide receipts, customer support and refunds. We do not receive your full card number.

Hosting information

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process basic request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page and request time for delivery and security purposes.

Advertising and sale of data

We do not sell personal data and do not use advertising trackers on this website.

Your choices

You may ask us about the personal information associated with a payment or request deletion where applicable, subject to records we must retain for accounting, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
